Hello everyone,

It means a lot to me to see that a lot of people 'ed Thijs' work.
A lot of his work seems not only to have been appreciated by me, but now also by all sorts of people here on dA. I'm not going to reply on comments because I am not able to reply for him, not with his name. With this journal I, with my own name, will thank you.

It has nearly been a year. A year ago I tried to imagine what my life would be like a year later. It's less painful now, but I think about him every day. Now I can enjoy thinking about him, first it only hurt. I still miss him on nice winter days that are dry enough for skateboarding. These rare days I used to - and maybe still - share with him are always a weird experience. I tried to call him a while ago to ask him to go skating. I wish he would've answered.

It's awesome to see people care about his art. It makes me feel less alone in this.
